My Caden Lane Review

When we finally got pregnant, the first thing I started thinking about was finding cute baby clothes for Everett. After searching and scrolling through Instagram I found Caden Lane, a line of cute, high-quality baby clothes. Founded by Katy Mimari, they’re based in Texas, and it’s run by a team of mom’s! They launched in 2004 with just a few products. But, now they make swaddles and blankets, infant apparel, accessories, baby name signs, items for mom, and more. Their prints on their footies and rompers are so fun and their fabrics are super soft. When I saw the cookie crumble romper and nickname onesie I knew we needed them for our munchkin. In today’s post you’ll read my honest review of Caden Lane and why I’m recommending them to you. Plus, I’ll share a DISCOUNT CODE BELOW!

Caden Lane Review

My Caden Lane Review

Mom’s don’t have a ton of extra time on their hands, so I’ll get right to the point. We love Caden Lane! Babies grow so fast (especially the first six months) and we didn’t want to buy a ton of clothes and pajamas. Instead, we wanted to get a handful or two of good-quality items. Everything we’ve tried from Caden Lane falls into that category.

The first thing I’ll mention are the fabrics. The bamboo/viscose blend on some of the footies and rompers is beyond soft, stretchy and breathable. Then, the graphic bodysuits are made of 100% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Normally cotton onesies can run small or be a bit scratchy. These are super soft and have a lot of give to them (Ev hates things that go over his head).

Now lets talk fit. Everett mostly wears footies to sleep (he likes to be warm). But, I went with the convertible rompers because they have extra room in the length to grow with baby. Anything to buy us some extra time in the same size is so helpful!

The last thing I’ll highlight is utility. The footies and rompers have double zippers! Candidly, after having clothes with these, everything else pales in comparison. Forget snaps. Don’t even get me started on buttons. Double zippers are the way to go!

It’s hard to tell which is Everett’s favorite. Watch the video below!

Caden Lane Items

Caden Lane makes so many different types of items, so I’m reviewing mostly just what we’ve tried so far. With summer coming up, I’ll likely also grab a few swim items like this adorable rash guard swim romper (and maybe a matching suit for mommy!). Then, I’ll review those items as well. Below are a few items we own, as well as one of their best sellers.

Caden Lane Convertible Rompers

Arguably their most valuable player, the convertible rompers are awesome. We have the cookie crumble, happy highland cows, and duck duck goose prints. If cost is a factor (these retail at $36), this is the best bang for your buck since you get more wear with the extra long sleeves cuffs and flip footies. You can also use my discount code AMANDAC20 for 20% OFF the whole site. These come in size 0-3 to 6-12 months and then up to 24 months in the kids section.

Caden Lane Waffle Bamboo Zipper Footie

Full disclosure, we actually didn’t order one of the waffle bamboo zipper footies (kicking myself for that…). But, anything waffle is normally our favorite! These are a best seller for Caden Lane, so we’ll likely need to get one sooner or later. Unlike some other brands, these have grips on the foot! That will be super helpful when your little one starts to scoot and crawl. If the fabric is like the others, it will be super soft. These come in size newborn up to 6-12 months.

Caden Lane Personalized Nickname Graphic Bodysuit

If you’re anything like us, your little one has a million nicknames. We put our favorites on this personalized nickname graphic bodysuit and it’s been a huge hit at home and at daycare! They’re made of a super soft cotton and in eight different colors. Just add a pair of joggers or leggings to complete the outfit! You’ll find these in 3-6 months up to 18-24 months at a retail cost of $24.

Caden Lane Personalized Name Graphic Bodysuit

Another fav is the personalized name graphic bodysuit. It includes your babies name and the year they were born. Made from the same airlume cotton, this is perfect for day or night! This only comes in white, and it starts at size 3-6 months up to 18-24 months.

Caden Lane Discount Code
