The Cutest Leopard Sweater Dress

cutest leopard sweater dress

Is it just me or are you buying everything leopard right now? I first wrote about my obsession with the print in this post. But, it’s continued in full force! So far, I bought a sweater, this pair of leggings, and now this leopard sweater dress. There are at least two more sweaters I have my eye on (this one needs to go on sale!), as well as this midi dress… it just goes on and on! When I saw this dress, I couldn’t pass it up. At it’s full price it’s $89 (which is still pretty darn good). But, right now it’s on sale for 50% OFF! You can’t pass it up!

You could dress it up with black strappy heels. Or, for an everyday look you can use through Spring, just grab a pair of neutral-colored booties. The pair I’m wearing I got on MAJOR sale last year around this time. But, I also love these and these.

The Cutest Leopard Sweater Dress

Some may call it a momentary obsession or a fleeting trend, but I think it’s here to stay. Leopard print, that is. It’s become a neutral by many’s standards (including mine). Normally, once you have a little bit of something in your wardrobe, it seems odd to keep accumulating more of the same. But, when it comes to this particular animal print, it’s simply a classic.

This soft leopard sweater dress is a must have for these colder months. Since I’m barely in a climate that’s less than 60 degrees, I can easily wear it with just a boot or bootie. But, for those that get to embrace leggings or tights, your options are endless! Grab something slightly opaque to cover your legs and then slip on a cute black bootie and coat.

While I tend to think a sweater dress is a necessity for any woman’s ensemble, I realize they’re not for everyone. Another great option I received for Christmas this year from my parents is this Ganni leopard dress. With it’s longer length and tulle-like fabric, it feels a bit more elevated. That’s honestly the best part about this trend – finding something that matches your style is easy. Keep the rest of your outfit simple and you’ve got an instant recipe to being on the best dressed list.
