Kitchen Decor Refresh with Stage

This post was sponsored by Specialty Retailers, Inc., and I received compensation. But, as always – all opinions are my own and I selected items that are a perfect fit for our style and home!

Kitchen Decor Refresh with Stage

I’m so excited to share my first home post with you guys! Some of you saw that we moved into our dream home in October this past year. But, most of you don’t know that it took nearly two years to find. We were extremely lucky that many rooms were already redone, including the kitchen. But, since we came from a much smaller townhome, we’ve been working slowly to fill each space with meaningful items and make it our own. Stage came to our rescue! With simple updates, like adding these glass jars and these wicker baskets, the room has become more like home.

#BringHeartHome Campaign with Stage

I’m thrilled to be partnering with Stage to update our kitchen decor as a part of their Bring Heart Home campaign. If you’ve checked out my About Me page, you know I have a longstanding history of working in the public service sector. So, I love that the Bring Heart Home initiative partners with the American Heart Association (AHA) to raise money for them through the month of April. For each post on Facebook or Instagram that you tag with #Bringhearthome, Stage will donate $1 (up to $25K!) to the AHA.

Updating our Kitchen Decor

The home section at Stage recently expanded (yes!). I was thrilled to see a ton of kitchen decor items that are perfect for organizing. The kitchen is always an area where loose items tend to gather. For us, it’s bags of (mostly) healthy snacks or miscellaneous fruit all over the counter. Filling one of these glass jars with Skinny Pop Popcorn organized our snacks. Bonus – it also matched the other decor, like our glass door cabinets. Then, I used these woven baskets to declutter the counter by putting our bananas, apples and oranges inside. I also grabbed this square cutting board. It’s a cute decorative item, but also functional for cutting your fruits or cheeses. After getting married in Napa, we are wino’s! I love how these little touches really brought our kitchen together.
