Brand I’m Loving – Cece by Cynthia Steffe

Cece feminine style ruffle blouseAs I age (gracefully, I hope), there’s a certain peacefulness in embracing my style. Try as I might to make each purchase count and each piece that gets added to my closet my new favorite – ultimately I make some hasty decisions, invest in trends that don’t work for me, or I simply grow out of a look that I once loved (ever have that happen to you?). So, this weekend I did my first round of Spring cleaning and spent half of Saturday editing my closet to make room for new things I love and want to wear. One brand I’m loving lately is Cece. You can find them at Nordstrom and the vibe is feminine romantic – totally my style and just what I need more of in my wardrobe.

Feminine Style with Cece

This entire look- starting with this pretty ruffled blouse, to the gold baubles, right down to the white pumps is me. Feminine, girly, and classic. If you suffer from asking yourself, “don’t I already have something like this?!” then you and I are similar. I used to think I needed to own clothes in every color so that I had options. But, now I know what type of styles make me happy. And, I’m 100% sure that it’s okay to have more than one (or two or three) items that are alike if you absolutely love them and they make you feel good.

The majority of what drives confidence is feeling good in what you wear. This ruffled top made me feel amazing. Aren’t clothes funny like that? Somehow we went right from our version of Winter right into Summer yesterday with 85 degree weather while my mom and I were at the Coconut Grove Art Festival in Miami. I posted this blouse a few times on my Insta Stories and you guys went CRAZY, rightfully so! It’s the epitome of feminine style. I felt amazing in it – alive and happy and blessed. After I piled on all my favorite Julie Vos pieces, the newest being these oversized pearl earrings (UNDER $100), the look was complete.

It’s time for you to embrace your style too! Tell me what you’re keeping and tossing as you start your Spring cleaning in the comments below.
