5 Summer Favorites at Old Navy

Old Navy Summer favorites picked by Amanda of A Glam Lifestyle blog in Old Navy top and skirt with straw boater hatIf you’ve been reading the last few months, it’s clear I’m a major fan of Old Navy. In my third post as a part of my #SayHi to Summer collaboration with the brand, I’m sharing my top 5 Summer favorites including this adorable Grecian-inspired look. I’ve seen a handful of bloggers recently jet-setting to the Greek Islands of Santorini and Mykonos, giving me flashbacks of our trip the year before last (see my posts here and here). Since we won’t be heading back anytime soon, I figured I’d conjure up the same vibe by hitting the beach in a cute look fit for Island style! Embroidered tops are trending in a major way right now. Leave it to Old Navy to offer a bunch of affordable options (#thankyouoldnavy)! My second MVP pick? This adorable pom pom trim skirt I’m pairing with the top. Keep reading to see my other three picks!

Why I Shop at Old Navy

There’s a number of reasons why I’m an Old Navy shopper, but affordability and quality are at the top. And, it doesn’t hurt that they don’t skimp on offering stellar sales too. Not only do they have great coupons (hello 20-30% off!), but they also offer buy more, save more deals frequently. Whether you want to try their on-trend options or their activewear (read my review here), you can stock up on everyday basics in the softest material for less than $20!

Top 5 Summer Must Have’s at Old Navy

One of the ways Old Navy makes it easy to shop in the store is by designing their pieces to all compliment each other. This means it’s really simple to throw together an outfit off the racks! Here are 5 key pieces you can use to form multiple looks:

  1. Embroidered Top – true story… I wore this blue and white embroidered top the last two days in a row! Yesterday I wore it with the skirt listed below, but today I paired it with white denim for the office. I also got this top and wore it to the office on Friday with white cropped denim (sensing a trend here, right!?).
  2. Pom Pom Skirt – of course the tiered white style is my favorite, but this skirt also comes in black, navy and a printed version. The floral print comes in both paradise blue and poppy red which would be super cute paired with a chambray top or tank. This pink maxi skirt is pretty darn cute too!
  3. Easy Maxi Dress – there are too many options to share, but a few of my faves are this ruffle maxi (I got the burgundy color) and this printed maxi.
  4. Tan Leather Sandals – you have your pick of sandal options at Old Navy, but tan slides are my jam. I love this pair, but I’m also digging this lace-up version too.
  5. Chic Utility Jacket – I mentioned this piece before in this post, but it’s worth listing again. This utility jacket is the perfect Summer topper. I’ve worn it over a maxi dress, out with shorts, with my fave denim – you name it. It works with every style. Plus, it comes in 4 colors so you can’t go wrong!
