Boho Style: Joie Alpina Dress

Fashion blogger Amanda from A Glam Lifestyle wears Joie Alpina dress with her Chloe Faye bag and ASKA Collection Troy bootiesDo you ever get an email from a brand you absolutely love with a piece that completely fits your style and then you go to their website only to find it’s WAY more than you want to spend?! Enter the Joie Alpina dress. I recall not one, but two emails that I received from Joie and Saks that featured this dress. So, immediately it was on my wish list. Well, thanks to a very effective marketing strategy by Saks to re-target me later when the item went on sale at 60% off – this baby is now mine! And, it can be yours too. It’s no shocker that I wore it with my fave black ankle booties and neutral shoulder bag either, right!?

Boho Style – Joie Alpina Dress

The reality is that nearly all Joie dresses fall into the category of flowy boho style. And, they’re one of those brands that I could easily say, “wrap it all up in my size!” because I love every item they come out with in each collection. But, I especially felt drawn to the Joie Alpina dress which has the prettiest paisley print in pink with flowers throughout the print. I was sort of just biding my time until it went on sale, and it did (miraculously!) over Christmas. Thankfully for you all, it’s STILL on sale and available in a few sizes.

I wanted to play up the boho vibe with the breezy skirt that this silk dress gives off, so I put on my ankle booties that are on constant repeat and my black fedora. Both my boots and fedora are what I’d consider investment pieces, but I’ve linked to less expensive options here and here.

I know I’ve been a bit MIA this week. We’re short staffed at work right now so things are a bit hectic. But, tomorrow I’m attending the Create & Cultivate Style Summit and going to hear some amazing bloggers speak.

I hope you all have a fabulous weekend. Be sure to follow along on my Instagram Stories because they’ll probably be pretty fun as I hang with my blogger besties!
