Happy Friday! The Nordstrom sale is almost over, but I’ve rounded up my picks for the best of the best of what’s still available! As I mentioned in my last post, I’m using this sale to stock up on neutral basics for Fall. White, grey and black are dominant colors in my closet. It’s a palette that gives my outfits clean lines and makes me feel chic.

One of my tricks to scoring great deals in the annual Nordstrom sale is to buy brands that I’m already familiar with – meaning, I know my size and fit. For example, I have a handful of Vince sweaters in my wardrobe already and I know I normally wear a size small. So, this winter white cashmere piece is a no brainer for me. I’m also crazy for grey sweaters. This one by Free People isn’t even technically a part of the #Nsale, but at under $70, it’s a great deal. They’ve restocked it once already, so it is highly likely it will sell out again. I’m considering getting other colors I love it that much!
My selections in each Nordstrom sale aren’t always the cheapest items and that’s because I gravitate towards classic items I’ll wear for years. So, I’m okay paying more for them, like this timeless white bow blouse that I’d pair with this nude pencil skirt and these ankle booties.
Minimalism will continue to be a hot trend in Fall, so get a simple statement necklace (is that an oxymoron?!) like this gold collar. Or, grab this gold watch with a mesh band that’s under $100! A cute LBD or LWD with both of these pieces would be the definition of style.
Lastly, if you just need a new bag from the sale, then scoop up this drawstring tote. My favorite is the nude color, but I love the black and the red could add a pop of color to your look. As a retailer, Nordstrom sets the bar and they have the best return policy. So, shop knowing that it’s as simple as sending it back if the purchase doesn’t work out. But, you’ll probably be pleasantly surprised when it does!
