Happy Valentine’s Day! We’re having absolutely gorgeous weather in South Florida. It’s a prime opportunity to plan a fun outdoor activity with your girlfriends or your someone special if you’re local. Matt and I enjoyed a walk down to the beach to spend some time outside. For our easy night out, I’m wearing a red pencil skirt with a bodysuit.

For starters, you do not have to get dressed up and go out on Valentine’s Day. We actually ordered in pizza last year and were total bums on the couch! This year, we are stepping it up a bit. We made reservations and are going to a tasty Italian spot that we love, Gianni’s. It’s not anything over the top, but it will be a fabulous meal. We’ve been so focused on saving money and cooking at home as much as possible before the wedding. Going out tonight will be a treat.
If you’re still looking for Valentines Day outfit inspiration, consider color blocking. I’m opting for this nude-colored bodysuit and red pencil skirt. I am now a HUGE fan of this brand of bodysuits. They are like second-skin. I bought a long-sleeve version in black too. It’s incredibly versatile.
